PAYMENT FOR ORDER
If you are in Ukraine, place an order in Ukraine or abroad and pay with payment cards of Ukrainian banks. You can pay for an order on our website using payment gateways of banks: Privatbank, Raiffeisen, Monobank, which accept cards of all Ukrainian and foreign banks.
If you pay with cards of foreign banks and Ukrainian banks do not accept your card for payment, then in this case, we offer you a payment gateway – 2Checkout (USA), thanks to which you can also pay with PayPal. When placing an order through the 2Checkout payment gateway, you must specify the recipient order data (not the payer) on the 2Checkout website in the “Delivery address” block: Last name, First name, email, phone number, country of delivery, city of the country of delivery, postal code, delivery address (if it is Nova Poshta, then it says “Nova Poshta branch No. … “). This data must be the same as the data you fill in on our website. If the data is different, we will send according to the data you specify in 2Checkout. If you wrote a foreign delivery address in 2Checkout, and in the order on the website you indicated a Ukrainian address, the money will be returned to you. DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
It takes place at any branch of Nova Poshta at the expense of the “Buyer”.
If the order is paid for by 17:00. From Monday to Friday and on Saturday by 15:00, it will be sent on the day of payment. At other times and on Sunday – on the first working day.
After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with a link to track your order.
DELIVERY ABROAD
It is carried out by the international courier delivery service «Meest» to the address specified by the «Buyer». The delivery amount will be calculated when placing the order. The «Buyer» pays the total amount together with the delivery cost. The Buyer does not pay customs duties and VAT in the country of receipt. Most often, orders are delivered within 7-14 days.
If your country is not on the list, write us a message through the section “Contacts“, and we will add it to the list of delivery countries.
Orders to the Russian Federation, Belarus – are not shipped.
