One Year After the Strike. The Story of Harchi’s Recovery
June 17, 2025, a Russian drone destroyed the production facility of the Harchi brand.
In a single night, everything that had been built over many years was lost.
It felt like a nightmare. A thermobaric Shahed drone carrying 90 kg of explosives struck us. Are we a military target? No, we are an ordinary food manufacturing company. Perhaps we achieved certain success in our field, rapidly developing freeze-dried food production technology, and that was enough to make the enemy want to destroy us? Maybe one day we will know the answer… but for now, we must focus on rebuilding.
What Was Lost? EVERYTHING!
- Our own building containing production, office, and warehouse facilities was destroyed;
- Freeze-drying and drying equipment;
- Finished products;
- Raw materials, packaging, and supplies;
- Everything inside the buildings. Everything burned down…
This is what our company looked like before June 17, 2025:

The destruction of the enterprise was reported by leading Ukrainian media: Forbes Ukraine , Economic Truth , NV , Ukr.net , Zn.ua.
Also, the publication Economic Truth wrote a large article about the origin of the brand, the history of its development until the tragedy , and later, Economic Truth even added a large interview with the owner, where all the problems of businesses that suffered during the war were revealed, it was written honestly, everything that hurt during the recovery was said.
This is what our company looked like after June 17, 2025

On that day, it seemed that the story of the brand had come to an end.
But we were wrong.
June 2025
The first days after the tragedy were the most difficult. The ruins of a business that had taken many years to build stood before our eyes.
We received hundreds of messages of support from customers, partners, friends, and simply caring people. At that moment, fundraising for the initial recovery efforts began. Every donation became much more than financial assistance.
It became proof that our work mattered to people.
July 2025
Thanks to the support of donors, we were able to purchase the first pieces of equipment and obtain critically needed materials.
It was only a small step.
But it was the step from which the company’s rebirth began.
We started searching for new production solutions, restoring technological processes, and developing plans to bring our products back to market. We relocated to a rented facility, but on July 21, 2025, we were affected once again. A Russian drone strike near our warehouse damaged packaging materials, while the rented production site lost electricity and water supply.

August – December 2025
The team worked almost without stopping. Step by step, we restored what had been lost. At the same time, we had to solve dozens of difficult challenges:
- Finding new facilities;
- Purchasing equipment;
- Restoring production processes;
- Securing financing;
- Reconnecting with suppliers;
- Developing plans to restore the product range.
Despite the enormous losses, the company did not cease to exist.
Beginning of 2026
We continued investing our own funds into rebuilding production. We received no government financial assistance for reconstruction. Every stage of recovery was financed entirely from the company’s own resources.
It was difficult.
But each new milestone proved that the decision to keep fighting was the right one.
Spring 2026
One of the most important achievements was the purchase of new freeze-drying equipment.
For the company, this was a symbolic moment.
Freeze-drying technology is the heart ofarc Harchi’s production, and acquiring modern equipment once again meant regaining the ability to fully develop and grow.
Summer 2026
One year after the tragedy, we can now speak not only about recovery but also about growth.
Today:
- The product range is being renewed;
- The popular XL series is back ;
- New sublimation equipment purchased;
- Work is ongoing to expand the product line;
- Affiliate programs and sales are being restored.
There is still much work ahead. But the most important thing has already happened.
“Harchi” lives on.

We Continue to Work
A year ago, the enemy destroyed our production facilities, equipment, and material assets. But they could not destroy what mattered most: our team, our experience, our belief in our work, and our conviction that Ukrainian manufacturing must live and develop. We continue to work.
We continue to produce. And we continue to create “Harchi” — a Ukrainian product known and loved by thousands of people.
Thank you for being with us!
